Nombranle is a detached holiday home built around 1600 and located in a hamlet (hamlet) of three houses 4 km outside Saint Firmin sur Loire. The house has been renovated several times over the years, retaining all original details but with the comfort of today. Upon entering you have the kitchen on your left with an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, microwave / oven, coffee machine and all the necessities to prepare a meal. To the right is the spacious living room with a huge fireplace in which a wood stove has been placed so that you can sit around the stove in the spring and autumn evenings. A dining room table with six chairs, two armchairs and a spacious two-seater sofa and the TV with Canal digital and all French TV channels create an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Behind the living room and kitchen is a corridor where the two double bedrooms, the bathroom and a separate toilet are located. There is also a separate room where the washing machine is located. There is one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. You can sit outside in the garden at the front and back of the house. The gardens are closed so that your dog (s) cannot get out.

From 06-01-2024 till 15-06-2024 and from 07-09-2024 till 23-12-2024 € 485,00. From 15-06-2024 tille 07-09-2024 € 585,00 for one week.
Arrival from 4 pm and Departure 10 am.
Prices are per week, including bed linen, wifi, firewood and electricity. You must bring your own towels, etc.
Arrival / departure days: Saturday.
Mandatory cleaning costs € 50.00, to be paid on departure.
